Privacy Collection Notice The Innocent Souls Foundation (TISF) collects the personal information, sensitive information (including your Working with Children Check number and any criminal history disclosures) and identity documents you provide in this application for the purpose of assessing your suitability to volunteer with TISF, meeting our legal obligations under the child protection laws of the relevant Australian state or territory, and managing our volunteer workforce.
Collection is authorised or required by the applicable Working with Children (or Working with Vulnerable People) legislation, the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations, and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Your information may be disclosed to authorised TISF personnel involved in recruitment and safeguarding; to the relevant WWCC / screening authority to verify your clearance; to your nominated referees; and, where required by law, to police or a child protection authority. Documents are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary for these purposes.
