TISF is committed to contributing to free or low-cost counseling for children and families in Australia impacted by child sexual abuse, exploitation or online harm. Complete this short, confidential intake and our team will help connect you to a trauma-informed counselor.

Privacy Collection Notice

The Innocent Souls Foundation (TISF) collects the personal and sensitive information you provide in this form for the sole purpose of assessing your request and referring you or the child in your care to a suitable counseling service. Collection is authorised under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your information may be shared, with your consent, with a registered counselor, psychologist or partner service to arrange support. Where required by Australian law, information indicating that a child is at risk of harm may be disclosed to police or the relevant state or territory child protection authority. TISF is a mandatory reporter under the child protection laws of each Australian state and territory.

Information is stored securely and retained only as long as needed for these purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting info@tisf.org.au. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
