Adriana Jones

Adriana Jones is the Founder, a Board Member and Interim Chair of The Innocent Souls Foundation (TISF). An engineer, cybersecurity advocate, and survivor, Adriana’s leadership is deeply informed by lived experience and a steadfast commitment to protecting children in both digital and physical environments. A recipient of the 2024 Women in Security Award, she brings together technical expertise, leadership capability, and deep compassion to shape the Foundation’s purpose and direction.

Originally from Guatemala, Adriana was the first woman in her cohort to graduate with a Civil Engineering degree before furthering her education in Australia across leadership, project management, ministry, and cybersecurity. Her nationally awarded cybersecurity scholarships and ongoing master’s studies reflect a strong commitment to ethical, human‑centred safety solutions. Through TISF, Adriana is known for translating complex cyber‑safety concepts into practical, accessible guidance for families, educators, and carers—empowering adults with the knowledge and confidence to protect children and create environments in which they can safely thrive, both online and offline.

Maryam Shoraka

Maryam Shoraka is a Board Member and Executive Director, Secretary and Treasurer of The Innocent Souls Foundation (TISF), bringing a strong combination of strategic leadership, operational rigour, and technology‑enabled transformation experience to the organisation. With a background spanning engineering, information technology, enterprise systems, business operations, and complex program delivery, Maryam plays a central role in strengthening the Foundation’s foundations as it grows in scale, impact, and maturity.

In her executive and governance roles, Maryam supports both the day‑to‑day leadership and long‑term direction of the Foundation. As Secretary, she helps ensure strong board governance, compliance discipline, and clear decision‑making processes; as Treasurer, she contributes to prudent financial oversight and responsible stewardship of resources. Known for her collaborative, people‑centred, and outcomes‑focused approach, Maryam brings clarity, stability, and execution strength to TISF’s mission—helping translate purpose into practical action that delivers meaningful, measurable impact for vulnerable children and families.

Abhishek Das

Abhishek Das is a Board Member and Non‑Executive Director for Cyber, Technology, Privacy and Digital Risk at The Innocent Souls Foundation (TISF). With close to two decades of experience across technology, cybersecurity, and large‑scale transformation, he brings a strong executive mindset to Board deliberations, supporting the organisation with seasoned judgment, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to safeguarding children and families.

Drawing on extensive leadership experience across enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and complex transformation programs, Abhishek supports the Board in shaping technology‑related strategy, risk posture, and governance. In his board capacity, he helps ensure that technology‑enabled initiatives are secure, privacy‑conscious, ethically deployed, and aligned with the Foundation’s mission and values. Known for his calm, structured, and solutions‑focused approach, Abhishek contributes constructive challenge and clarity to decision‑making, helping TISF balance innovation with accountability, trust, and responsible stewardship in the communities it serves.
